Trent
Williams
My
grandson, Trent Williams, is 4 yrs old and diagnosed with
autism when he was 3 yrs 4 months. He walked at age 1, and
lives with his father. Early intervention was called at age
2 when we realized he wasn't talking and should have been.
He was walking on his toes and flapping his hands. We took
him to the ENT and to the Audiologist for hearing tests.
We also went to Syracuse for a special hearing test to learn
he has perfect hearing. He has been at JRC since 2004, he
doesn't speak, but he is learning how to sign. It has been
a long journey and a long road ahead, Trent is a very loving,
affectionate little boy.
