Julia Gilbert

Julia is now 5 years old. She was diagnosed with autism August '04. She didn't walk until she was 21 months old. My husband and I kept thinking we were doing something wrong. Every time she'd learn new words, they would disappear. Julia can now talk. Julia shows vast evidence of enjoyment of activities and being in the presence of her pears. Though she doesn't converse with them, she communicates, despite her challenges. We thank God every day for Julia. We waited for her for 8 years. Now we have 3. amazing children.
